  • Discover more through a consultation call, take your time to reflect back to me your story and purpose for seeking help, I’m here to listen.

  • Zōē - 50 minutes - a foundational session which includes traditional Somatic Experiencing as the primary understanding of accessing biographical and inner states of experience, these sessions reflect traditional psychotherapy models, but rest more comfortably in the relational models, with human to human understanding and mirroring, this conversational piece is central to reflect back the original mirror of dignity and worth. Additionally, these sessions may include Brainspotting as a technique to repair further ruptures in the neuromatrix.

  • Sōma - 75 minutes - these sessions incorporate traditional Somatic Experiencing as the foundational approach, but more fully access the nervous system through touch, this includes Neuroaffective Touch and Touch Skills as primary modalities that inform the process. Primarily used to access preverbal states and heal early attachment, these sessions use co-regulation as an anchor to teach self-regulation.

  • Brainspotting intensive - 4 hours - An intensive approach designed for the integration of specific biographical, neural system, or trauma-related material. 

  • Dive deeper through reading my writings and reflections on the nature of healing and the complexity of growth and change.

But more than that, we pay attention to the deeper layers of your experience - meaning, identity, relationships and the symbolic world of the patterns that shapes how you live.
